I am an Owner, Broker at McAlpin & Company. McAlpin & Company is a real estate investment brokerage and advisory firm. We specialize in commercial real estate sales, management and advisory services. Our primary focus is on apartment buildings, office buildings and mixed use properties throughout the Southern region of Los Angeles County.

We have closed more than 500 real estate investment transactions working with everyone from first time buyers, to some of L.A.’s largest private investors.
